  We are a family of 5 with three teenage boys. We stayed at the Goldenland Hotel for three nights. Danny and his staff were just fantastic and it took no time at all for this little hotel to feel like our home away from home. Great location and in the old quarter of town and a great walk to many great fun and surprising places for those that really... what people say » like to get amongst the street life. We will certainly be back. Also great value for money with a relaxing spa bath to be had at the end of each busy - Danny and his team were phenomenal! Nothing was too much trouble and they made everyone feel so welcome! Our room was enormous (room 141) with two large double beds and lots of floor space. Danny also organised, at very short notice, for us to travel down to Danang, then arranged a driver and guide to meet us to take us to Hoi An and Hue. We were greeted getting off the train and everything he'd booked for us was superb. I cannot rate this hotel (and the team running it) highly enough.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Ha Noi Atlantic Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From hailing us a cab, giving us recomendations of resteraunts, to letting us use the printer, they always helped with a smile. The breakfast was great.   There are so many reasons to recommend this lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, well kept, spacious and very secure. The water is always hot and the location is great. But by far the most outstanding praise must go to the staff who are incredible. You feel like you're staying with family, and nothing is too much trouble – they really bend over back... what people say » wards to accommodate every request and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It's also worth noting that some of the best English i - Like many hotels in the Old Quarter of Hanoi this hotel has a small frontage but is very nice inside. The staff were very good and gave us a free upgrade. Breakfast was good. It is located in the Old Quarter about 10 mins walk from the lake. They offered a pick up from the airport which was appreciated and smooth. Wifi worked well Extremely good value as we just stayed one night before a trip to Halong Bay early the next morning.

  We recently spent a nigh at The Artisan Boutique Hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff spoke very good English and were extremely helpful at all times. This Hotel uses the caf - The best hotel in this category you can get. So friendly staff on reception and even better in the hotel restaurant, really so good feeling to stay in both I didnt find in whole Vietnam yet. Room comfortable, well decorated, bathroom also nice and well equipped. Good WiFi contection. Location was great, I was in 3 hotels in Hanoi and this is the best, its 2 minutes walk to centre and still in very quiet street, amazing! If come back to Hanoi I would definitely stay only here :-)
