  We loved the staff here and they were incredibly friendly in tough situations. This hotel is a stop off for people going to Phong Nha Park and the busses to the next stop are only night busses. Therefore, they were left with many travelers who had already checked out and they maintained the kindness as though we were still guests. As there is a lack of tourist hotels in Dong Hoi this is the place to stay for tourists. Outside restaurants are limited but the hotel staff are very flexible and are able to provide meals if you are feeling a little too tired to forage outside.
