We were so confident of the team that we entrust - When I arrived hotel I talked to hotel staff and also asked them about Halong bay 2days and 1 night trip and they assisted me to book the trip with Dragon pearl cruise what was an amazing trip, good food, a lot of seafood as well. on our return the tour guide helped me to buy some medicinces for headach problem and when I got back to hotel the staff came over to ask if I need to go to see doctor and tooke a good care of me.   Nice hotel with large and wonderful room. I stayed in a large room at high floor, I can see all the exciting street view. Room is clean and beautifully decorated. It is so lucky for me to find suc - The staff was friendly and helpful (left luggage there over night while going to Ha Long, etc). Breakfast (included) was simple but enough for us (bread, jam, fruit or bread and eggs). Location excellent: near to the Kiem lake, nice and narrow street with lots of typical local shops and restaurants.

  The staff there are very friendly included the boss too. They managed to serve us very well. Their service was excellent. They helped us through the whole trip by showing us the places to go and eat too. It is something we really appreciate so much. Another thing is the cleanliness.   The staff, especially Anastasia were particularly helpful and organised transport, plus additional accommodation at the hotel when we changed our plans. They also looked after our luggage after we checked out, awaiting a train connection in the evening. The rooms are basic, clean and good value for money in the centre of Hanoi City.Ther - Room cleaned to good standard every day. Helpful staff with good English Location Breakfast was simple but good value - lots of fruit. Big thumbs up We had the most basic option of twin room ($14). It was very tired, but big and with fridge and tv, undoubtedly good value. Some of the other rooms looked much nicer, so if you want to spend more they have nice options.

Even shipped an item I left behind to Hoi An. Located in city center but quiet rooms. Friendly but not backpacker social atmosphere. FWIW: I have traveled 15 countries over last 5 years and stayed in acco - The people at the reception are so amazingly helpful and give real and correct information. The lady booked us a trip to Sapa, and when we compared to the other trips, ours was the most amazing one.Stars Hotell has been our home away from home in Hanoi. While we were on our trips to Halong Bay and to Sapa, our luggage was safely stored and looked after. When we came back, we were offered a shower and breakfast even without booking an extra room for a night. Absolutely great!

  I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are friendly and the hotel itself is in great location right on Bia Hoi corner. The tour office is great to book tours and the prices are really about the same as everywhere else. The hotel allows you to store your luggage while you got Halong Bay or Sapa if your coming back to Hanoi after those side trips.... what people say » I had the deluxe room which is more expensive but in my opinion worth it as the bathrooms are new and very clean with a nice rain shower and the room - We moved to Hanoi and Hotel du Centreville became our 'home base' while we adapted to the new city and settled into our jobs. We ended up extending our stay here twice because we loved it so much! The location is fantastic - right in the centre of the Old Quarter and pretty much anywhere you'd want to go is within walking distance.
