The service was outstanding. reception, porters, customer service manager, tour manager were fantastic.
The rooms were modern and large. We stayed in the top floor suite with a huge balcony overlooking the old town.
My daughter was treated like a member of the family for the 2 weeks she stayed here on her own.

The hotel is really nice. The staff was really friendly and spoke English fluently. They helped us in every way possible to make our trip pleasant. As we checked out around 5:30am to catch a flight, the hotel gave us take-away breakfast packs to have on our way-a kind gesture that was totally unexpected.
