  The friendliness of all the staff made our stay very special. Everyone from the doorman to the manager were so helpful and welcoming. The suite was so beautiful and clean. It was lovely to sit out on the terrace at night and watch the activity below. The breakfast had quite a good selection and was so spotless. They pick up us from the airport very late at night only for 4 $ more than the usual price and to the airport at the same price that all the taxisand they kept our lugage to go to Halong Bay.
