  When I read on letsbookhotel.com that Meracus Hotel 2 was a 10, I had to try it. I have to say I was not disappointed, from the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by their excellent staff. Check in was very smooth and easy whilst they served us a welcome drink and cold towels to cool us down. The room had beautiful fresh flowers and fresh fruit basket - This hotel is smack in the middle of the old quarter, close to the Hoan Kiem lake: 8 stories high, with one room in the front and one room in the back on every narrow floor. Both room types are sizeable with nice furniture, amazing beds and excellent bathrooms. As we had just a few days in the city the Hotel organized all the tours, with shower and breakfeast all around. I strongly recommend you to do like it. Staff is healpfull and speak good english and Breakfeast is amazing.

  The location is great, just 2 mins to Water Puppet Theatre, and 3 mins to Hoan Kiem Lake. The room is pretty good, although the superior room is a bit small, but manage to squeeze in 2 adult and 1 child without problem. There is no table in the superior room.
