  I've travelled extensively throughout the Asia region during the last 18 years and recently spent 3 nights at Charming II on a visit to Hanoi. The facilities of the hotels are very good for the price you are paying. The location is amazingly close to the night market and Hoan K - The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They chatted to our children, advised us on taxi prices and organised our transfers to the airport. The room was clean and nicely set out. The staff had decorated the beds with rose petals and gave us an extra bed for our son at no extra cost. Wifi was free and there were computers for general use available. TV came with numerous cable channels in English- perfect to let the kids chill out after lots of adventures

  The very warm welcome. Rooms were good, fine breakfast and good location in the city. We also booked a tour to Halong Bay which was good and not expensive. We could leave our luggage at the hotel in the meantime. When we came back from the tour (we would leave that night by nighttrain) we got a room for free to freshen outselves up! Great service.
