Our flight arrived in the morning, hotel staff let me early checkin without any charge. They also arrange airport shuttle for arrival and departure. The Hotel located in the heart of the city. Hoan Kiem Lake, water puppet theatre and old quarter are in walking distance. There're many good lacal restaurants and cafes around. The hotel also arrange the Halong Bay trip with reasonalble price. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful with good English communication. I will stay here again for my next v.
all reviews » For the money (under $20 for two), the Hanoi Asia Star is a phenomenal value. The staff is enthusiastically inefficient. Every day the breakfast set was great.The rooms are spacious and definitely worth the money. So. If trying to save 5+ dollars this place is perfect; otherwise there are some other nice options in this eminently affordable and attractive city.Definately recommmended this Hotel.would be stayed again. Service at Hanoi Asia Star Hotel is Amazing.The best service I've had at any hotel in our trip.Mr.Jimmy new Manager who realy do wouderful job making you feel home away from Home.Our room was clean ,nice and comfotable and specially cheap price.The location was perfect,you can walking to dhoping near by.I recommended this hotel.Asia Star is truly value for money. r. The staff is very kind and helpfull. Rooms are nice, large with modern falicities. Service is terrible: they forgot to wake us up for a trip we had booked with them. The cleaning staff would throw away the tooth brushes and forget to give new ones. Toiletries were missing most of the time.
