  When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming recepitionist, she was full of smiles. The hotel was, in our view, was very luxurious. The price of the accomodation was a bargain f - I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

  I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible... what people say » , please convey my greetings to her and hope to see her next time I visit Brussels. - The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out the front of the building with a balcony.

  Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful. ... what people say » NB We chose this hotel because we have had previous excellent experience with NH hotels in Spain. - I always stay at this hotel when I attend a conference at the RAI and it is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

  locate in city center. the nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. the car parking place is 3 mins walk, which cost 14.6 euro for a day. about 20 mins walk to the Grand Square. We booked a two bed rooms apartment. The room is good, it also has a big kitchen, which provide convenience to us. We get the apartment at about 12am. ... what people say » The reception is happen to be there, he allowed us to leave luggage in the room, which actually a early check-in. - Gaby was great and made the best of a bad situation, former employee made early arrival arrangements and didn't let him know. He gave us a place to rest while our apartment was made ready for us. Location was good.
