breakfast was included in the price when we booked this hotel which was of very good quality plenty to choose from,also the hotels location was perfect for us as it is as close to the centre of brussels as you can get,all the main attractions at very close walking distance,and close to transport connections,. the hotel was right in the centre of brussels which was perfect for our small group of friends,access to all the main attractions was mostly within a short walk,breakfast was included in the price and was of very good quality and good choice,rooms were very comfortable and very clean.all reviews »
Great room decoration and design - very modern and cosy. Bathroom was nice. Meals ordered using room service were great and were delivered quickly. Good location. Friendly staff. I stayed for a weekend break and found the hotel was in a quiet location but very centrally located in order to view the city on foot. My only complaint was with regard to the breakfast - the sausages. They were horrendous and I have still not been able to conclude what animal(s) they originated from. But certainly not a reason not to stay as everythiong else was delicous. Cleaning service is a bit slow, Generally our rooms where only cleaned at about 3-4pm.More than one person on front desk would have been nice. Also bag storage was unsecured. Having it locked and getting a key from the front desk would have been better. Very small breakfast room - avoid peak times!. Although the room was good, I found the room I stayed in to be a bit onthe dark side, I had to put the lights on during the day. I think when you order a doubble room, there should be a twin bed, not two single beds placed next to each other, otherwise the room was fine and clean.We could not get our TV to work. It turned out that the TV was unplugged, and a build-in cabinet had to be moved to plug in the TV. I could not understand how the TV became unplugged. It was clearly not new.
