  The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Overall one of the best - Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.

  Stunning - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the firstto the last, the welcome was warm and the service friendly andefficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spacious with nice modern fittings. Toilets were rather small and less modern - but more than ok too. Breakfast spread was excellent. Free internet and use of computers at lobby additional bonus. Wld recommend this hotel anytime!

  Very good stay. The friendly attitude of the members of staff and the homely envinroment over shadows the intial few complaints we had. Please keep it up as we will be glad to stay with you at the earliest opportunity. All the best. - It was really close to the train station and it was pretty cheap comparing to the other hotels
