I like the room and the services compare with payed price. A good room,good staff and an excellent breakfast. personnel was very friendly. Close to downtown area. What I like the most about this Hotel was the breakfast. Very good and plenty. Also the location, a metro station 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Awesome!. Great value for the price, helpful staff and within walking distance of most sights.

There's nothing special about the hotel itself, however. 20-25 minutes walk from grand place.Location is good and reception was efficient. The Bathroom.nothing much really. -----. Coffee and tea facilities not available. Does not have a parking area. The staff didn't reply me on time, three girls slept on the double room, no extra bed added. and we pay 25 euros more for extra one. Breakfast minimal but acceptable.The first time we stayed there we had a room with no air despite a heat wave. We had to open our windows and wear ear plugs to get some air. The second tinme we were given an air conditioned room. We did not know there were rooms with air or we would have requested one immediately. Also no shower in the first room- but a large tub. a little bit shabby room, noisy street and poor sound isolation. The service was not quite up to the standard, to say the least. Upon arrival at around 12 we were refused entry because the official check-in is at 14. Got a feeling that was mainly a principle rather than absence of free rooms.But the most disappointing was the breakfast part.Sad to watch people wandering around the small kitchen looking for milk or jump-starting to grab the only piece of bread. Breakfast was poor for a 3 star hotel.Should have more varieties.staff appeared not very helpful.The receptionist claimed that the hotel has no non-smoking rooms - though they did not metntion this when I asked for one at time of booking. Instead, they have signs up asking patrons to 'not smoke too much in their room'! The cost of internet access is ridiculous - especially considering that other hotels in the area offer free access. The breakfast was woeful - few choices and stale bread. The Heating did not work well enough, it was too cold!. - noisy room - over priced. boring breakfast.
