Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful. NB We chose this hotel because we have had previous excellent experience with NH hotels in Spain.
all reviews » I always stay at this hotel when I attend a conference at the RAI and it is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.One of my best hotel experiences ever, every single detail was excellent. The staff was outstanding, the breakfast staff on the terrace was incredibly service-minded, we were treated like royalty. I have already recommended NH Atlanta to friends and colleagues and I will most certainly continue to do so. This was our fourth stay at the Atlanta and would recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Brussels.
