locate in city center. the nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. the car parking place is 3 mins walk, which cost 14.6 euro for a day. about 20 mins walk to the Grand Square. We booked a two bed rooms apartment. The room is good, it also has a big kitchen, which provide convenience to us. We get the apartment at about 12am. The reception is happen to be there, he allowed us to leave luggage in the room, which actually a early check-in.

He gave us a place to rest while our apartment was made ready for us. Location was good. Gaby was excellent with communication and meeting us. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Large rooms, good beds with excellent location (5 mins to Grand Place plus cafes nearby, breakfast place 20 metres etc) and price. late arrival was no problem, good communication with the staff, very pleasant stay. Big double bed. convenient huge parking 20m away, costs 12 Eur for 24h. 5min walk to Grand place (city center). Gaby is very nice and friendly, ready to give all information we required. The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us. We surely would go back there and suggest it to our friends. The Location was amazing! Physically rooms were "tired" - e.g some lights didn't work, the toilet cistern wouldn't stop (we just turned tap on/off) as needed.. On arrival we had to wait 2 hours for the owner to turn up to let us into the apartment even though we had let them know the time of our arrival. No dish soap left to clean up in the kitchen. No available extra linens/pillows. Beds were just ok. Only bare floor without carpet. Minor irritations with maintenance of door handles and locks not working properly. no view and the flat is a bit dark, but this is probably the price to pay for being right in the center of Brussels. No reception desk. Rather dark and there were no bathing products. So be prepared in advance. TV was tiny!. Bathroom, balcony and kitchen need to be more clean. I had to take the key from another hotel 20 minutes away, beause my flight arrived after 8am... The fact that the hotel had no reception should have been mentioned before the booking of the hotel, not afterwards. kitchen was very very dirty, luckily we didn't have time to cook!. 1) Washroom Lock was Faulty. 2) Really Noisy. 3) Room was just Average Clean. 4) Corridor & Lift was Very Tight/Small. 5) Internet was also Just Average. The man charged us 20 euros for his taxi to come to hotel when we arrived in the evening around 22:30. We gave them but we think it would be better if he can tell us in advance. It was not good. And the first night, there is no wifi working. When we called him for some times, he did not answer the phone, and texted us back one time. Last, he was late for 10 mins to give us key when we arrived. The refrigerator, washmashine were smelling too bad, the floor was dirty, kitchen had a lot of oil, the bed was dirty (with some hair) and even the wall had a huge spider exploded...I really think this apart-hotel needs to improve their cleaning.
