very good position. Having internet in the room would be very good.location, room, friendly staff. Excellent central location.the staff are very friendly and helpfull; rooms are clean and comfortable; location is perfect for a short weekend trip (shopping and site-seeing very near to hotel, all other places very easy reachable with Metro/Tramway and bus).

Your waitress on due on 26.06. was incredebly fast in doing all the things - welcoming the guests, frying eggs, cleaning, bringing juce etc. Compliments for her work. It's not proper for 3-stars hotel. pillows too flat!. A bit boring.Loose lock - difficult to open the door;. breakfast, key of the room. I had cleaning staff knocking on my room at 9am on Sunday morning. Check out time is 11am. Not exactly leisure. Breakfast menu always the same. No newspaper on weekend.The quality of breakfast was below expectations. The hotel had no bar and it was difficult trying to arrange a late check out. You could not get an iron in your room but had to go to a room near reception. The fan in the toilet did not work, so took ages for air to clear.I found the internet connection too slow. Offered a safe in the room which did not work - so poor maintenance. The confort. I didn't like the room which was poorly decorated. The hotel did not have any non-smoking rooms, while on the booking site I could make the selection for a non-smoking room! All rooms had 2 ashtrays and no sign of non-smoking. Incredible.
