The location was great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything for those who wish to cook- even dish washing liquid! There are extra duvets and pillows and also an ironing board and an iron. The parking (upon reservation) is on the basement of the building so it is a matter of just taking the elevator up. Fantastic apartment- comfortable and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Could leave luggage with them on last day after checked out which was great as we had several hours before our train left. Flat itself was huge and very comfortable - much more so than we expected. Would highly recommend staying here.

Would definitely hope to stay here again in future. The location was excellent, located in the heart of the city with walking distance from places to see and shop. Exceptionally clean and tidy apartment. A nice car park in an otherwise difficult parking area. The living room is so spacious. The kitchen is well- equipped, including oven, stove, cutlery and simple sources. This building faces a square. It's easy to access tourist spots. wonderful location!!!. Extremely spacious two bedroom apartments with plenty of comfort to relax as a group. Great location convenient to Grand Place and transport links; and a great view over the Opera Theatre Square. Massive apartment which easily accommodated three adults and two small children. Modern facilities and lots of natural light. Kitchen had all the basics. Water pressure in shower was fantastic. The apartment was excellent, big and clean. Location is perfect, in the heart of the city just a few steps from the main square. You can reserve parking place in the garage on Eur 30/day. The living room rug was very very dirty and so was the floor in the living room and the whole apartment. When I dag down to check if any of our things had fallen under the couch, I saw so much dirt...Only one towel per person (so no face towels and no bathrobes either). A bit noisy at night due to location. Check in was in a building a couple of blocks away which made things slightly more complicated, and the curtains on the windows were not great at keeping out the light. But both were only very minor things and I didn't detract from the otherwise great apartment. For a first timer in Brussles, it was not easy to find the place and more difficult to park the car to check-in. But the frustration was all gone when you enter the apartment. The soundproofing is not good. The street nearby is noisy. Difficult to locate office for check-in, and wasn't informed of check-in location/process or late check-in fees until we emailed to ask on the day before we arrived. Blinds weren't very good, so was difficult to sleep once the sun came up. Bath took a very long time to fill even to a low level for children, however it was great having a bath. It was quite noisy at night but it was a very central apartment so that is to be expected. It was very difficult to get the key, although we went to the right place (in the office on the opposite site of the building) but nobody was there. After 20 minutes waiting and phone calling finally the receptionist arrived. There was nothing that we didn't like. Only one small remarks: the awnings at the windows of the bedrooms were white and too thin, and the lights of the street too powerful = during the night there were no dark (you can barely read). Everything else was perfect. nothing at all.... Noise isolation and curtains need improvement. The apartment is defined as being intended for 5 people - this requires using a sofa in the living room - however it's still comfortable. Bedrooms faced onto mall. Very noisey til around 4.30am and bedrooms very light. Need backing on curtains. Electrical power shut down around 11pm. One of the hotel manager came within half hour fixed the problem. If you come from us, becareful for those outlet!. The apartment is difficult to find as there is no name outside. You need to go to another address to check in, - which you don't find out until you are there. Suggest they just give the check in address then explain where the apartment is when you check in. Our apartment was a bit noisy. Nothing. A lot of street noise from both traffic and public. No wardrobe in the double bedroom but lots of storage in the large entrance hall. WiFi was not free here. Wish a few more ammendities were made available such as soap and shampoo etc. also dark hallways made it a bit nerve racking being a solo traveller. It's a bit noisy at night. No sign on the building indicates the name of the residence. You need to call the management which is located in another building. Parking is not free. Better directions would be appreciated. Thicker curtains in the bedrooms would prevent morning light. The reception is a bit tricky to find, located ~700 metres away from the apartment, no clear sign indicating the reception location. clearer instruction should be provided for guest. no proper shower in bathroom. Nothing to say. The wi-fi costs 4 euros per day. The biggest problem we faced was for key pick-up. While the pick-up address was available in the mail, it did not show up in our rented car Sat Nav. It took us many phone calls and a bit of running arnd to pick our keys. Second problem was that the keys did not fit in v well into the door. We had to call the apartment guy to the flat to open it for us. Both these are unnecessary irritants for a new guy in town. You have to sign a contract for no noise and fragility!. Nothing. Nothing not to like. Leaking water from broken fire alarm, noise at night. Non-availability to lock the door of bathroom and toilet. The lack of any key or catch can be normal for single room, but not for two-bedroom apartment with possibility of accommodation up to 6 persons. Lighting was a little poor in the bathroom and we had damp in the hallway. - Very noisy during nights, mainly due to its central location. We woke up several times during the nights due to disturbance, shouting in the street. - The beds are too narrow. - nothing at all. bedroom a little small for the overall size of the apartment but still adequate and nice. Damp smell after main room door cause of water leak in toilet #1. Doesnt matter really cause its large apartment with two toilets. squeaking bed, needs fixing. Tap had green/white scaling via which water was flowing. Pillow cases. except getting the key. luckily it was not raining... The details of getting the keys should be clear with map locating the office where to collect the keys from before arrival to the building.
