location. wi-fi, location. Situated slap bang in the middle of the old town, easy to walk everywhere, public multistorey carpark was over the road, but a little tricky to get to as there are lots of one way streets! Carpark was E16 for 24 hours. Room was brand new. Free secure wi-fi. positioned right in the centre of brussels, politlely staff and good quality standards. The room is not very big but comfortable. Exellent bathroom.That it is very close to the Grand Place and shoping area. internet available entire hotel. location. smell of fresh prepared "croissants" in the morning, very quiet room on court side, location in walking distance (10 min) to the North train station, reasonable price. Very convenient, good housekeeping service, generous breakfast. The front desk staff was generally pleasant, especially the day shift. Located in city centre one has to accept the noise from the street. a little bit of noise from the street but it is in the centre of the city so this is the "dark" side of the location and hotel can not do anything about this. City life...Squeeky floorboards - or we had a family of elephants staying above us. small breakfast room, no noise isolation between rooms. Breakfast room was too small, public carpets are worn and musty, floor in bedroom was warped, noise outside from 6am with street cleaning etc - make sure you close all your tilt and turn windows before you go to bed. The noise outside in the street. lamp on the wall near that small surface of working place - located to make inconvenience to open laptop. it would be better to remove this lamp at all. leak of vegetables for breakfast and poor orange juce, walls urgently need painting, overal cleaness (especially corridors) should be improved. Beds not terrible, but not great. Rooms can be very noisy indeed due to the busy street life on your door step, excellent for eating and drinking less good for sleeping.My room was noisy up to midnight. The smell in the morning, from the breakfast room.the price is too hight for this category, the hotel should be refurbished. In spite of non-smoking room booked, there was smelt a smoke of cigaretes in my room. Also, it needs to be renovated.Most hotels in this price class have at least a boiler and some sachets for coffee and tea available for the guest. Hotel needs major maintenance / overhaul to meet this price level. The room is small and the bed uncomfortable. The hotel is shabby and in need of redecoration. 1. Strong smell of food in the daytime in my room; 2. The hotel it's in an old building and every noise can be heard in the other rooms, so it's quite lack of intimavy;3. The room was very small;4. the breakfast in the morning too poor. Noise, could not sleep whole night. Lacked friendly service. Poorly trained staff. Cramped, smelled of smoke, noisy.
