The location of this apartment could not have been better! We were around the corner from Grand Place, the Christmas market, brasseries, and the Bourse-Beurs metro station. One of hour hosts was a sweetheart and drew us a map of landmarks and night spots in the immediate area. The one-bedroom apartment was decorated in a modern style and was plenty of room for the both of us. The full kitchen was a huge plus for our five-night stay, so we would just visit the corner grocery as needed. My favori.
all reviews » The appartment was just perfect! Situated in the center of the city, is the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Brussels and some interesting places around. The appartment has enough space, the kitchen has mostly all you can need and it is not noisy at night even it is in the center. I would strongly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice place without paying a big amount of money. Very friendly & welcoming staff, luxury & super clean apartment, very spacious with high end kitchenware, easy to reach and few steps to the Grand Place. I am looking forward to visiting Brussels again and stay in the same beautiful apartment. Two out of the three single beds need to be replaced; the springs were tough on our backs, so we had to layer comforters and blankets over the mattresses before we slept every night. There was not a microwave. I was told I should communicate arrival time which made me panic a bit when the plane had a bit of a delay but the welcome was still very good. The bathroom is outdated. Could have more mirrors. No washing machine. Very tough towels. Bathroom might be a bit bigger, but was ok. We had three flights of stairs, so this particular apartment would only be reasonable with small luggage. all was well. Difficult to contact and locate. More specific instructions concerning phone numbers. Quit noisy due to the location very near the Grand Place. The toilet and bathroom weren't so many clean. Paid 25% deposit, which they tried to deny. Felt a bit like a really nice hostel without the other people. The manager wanted too much notice of arrival time with the explanation that as he did not live there an appointment had to be made. When I did, they did not show up at the appointed time! When you travel by train there are many delays and timetables to take into account. The floor was not very clean and the noise from revellers in the street went on all night!.

Please note that 3 days before your arrival, you will receive and access code for your self check in. No keys are provided and there is no reception on site. One free baby cot is available for children under the age of 2. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
