The location (literally only a block from the Grand Place and next door to the Galeries St. Hubert), the cleanliness of the room, the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, air conditioning, a nice, large elevator. 1.Friendliness of staff.2. The fact that we could store our luggage at the hotel free of charge, after we have checked out. It was very central and reasonably priced. My colleague stayed at the front of hotel and could hear noise from Grand Place crowds. I was at the back and it was completely quiet. small room with single bed.Quality of food served for breakfast is rather poor - the same with its selection. dont have coffee and tea making facility,no mini refrigerator. charging for WiFi service. Breakfast was separately charged but the fare was average...you can walk out the door and have a better breakfast for far less!. The rooms weren't as big as advertised, but otherwise the place was ok. We were on the front of the hotel and it was very noisy - both street noise and noise from the plumbing system. I stayed in a very small room and I could here when people next door were using the toilet... Lacking character and features, a hotel, nothing more, nothing less.Bedroom overlooked bar, though was not noisy. I booked a twin room but was put in a single room. I didn't complain as the room was adequate for a short overnight stay and there was no difference in price. Only one very skimpy pillow (supplemented with bath towels!). small room and the shower was broken. i left my camera in the room and phoned when i reached the airport. I was istructed to send an email with the details when i was back home. i have not received any information and have tried to phone but to no avail. the hotel has no atmosphere and resembles a municipal office building. The room was featureless and the beds were not really comfortable. I would still recommend it for it's location though. smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room, too worn blanket. no tea making facilities, very basic. Room was small and Internet access is not free.the pillows are the smallest in the world, The hotel is very clean but tired could do with a refurb!. I was cold in the night - there was no spare blanket available in the room. rooms small ,It is less than 3 Stars. very outdated deco, normal price for 3 star hotel but one feels like in a hostel not refurbished or redecorated for far too long! Internet is also far too expensive!. The price of 210 EUR is far to high for a three star hotel.
