The room was not properly clean. The room was cold during the night. To many up and down stair portions for the same floor which makes it difficult to move the luaggage.It is on the main street and very noisy because of the Tram. The lift should be upgraded. I think giving us some toothbrush is a small cost. You can take away the Jacuzzi.Overall, fine.Charges 30 USd for 1 day of internet. Services were slow. Got stuck in the elevator. it looks too old, but not in a nice way old, but a kind of not well maintained. They need to do some restoration definitely. I did not like my room, as it did not correspond to the style of the hotel. Was just an ordinary single room without anything telling you that you are stayng in one of the oldest and famous hotels in Zurich. And it surely does not worth 250 CHF per nite.The lobby and lift was bad and very cramped. Price of internet connection in the room. CHF30 per day is too high and there was no cheaper per hour option.price. One of the rooms that was given to us, had a major disfunction for this class of hotels. The water pipes must have been placed right on the ceiling, as the sound of running water was heard throughout the day and night. This was very discomforting and the hotel staff did not put the guest in another room, nor did they compensate this discomfort that they have caused.the room was shabby .needs refurbishment. Overpriced, rooms are tired, carpet was stained - a lot of noise from the street in rooms facing the front. They over rate themselves as 4 stars, it is 3 stars at best. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful but the manager acted as if he was doing us a favour by letting us stay in his hotel!! They did respond well to our complaint about noise and moved us to a quieter room.size of room and urgent need for renovation of the hotel. Very small room for price. View of internal court yard. Lift old. Poor other facilities.
