All rooms have a flat-screen TV. A selection of snacks and drinks is available in each room. Bathrooms are private or shared. Breakfast can be arranged at the Café beside the hotel. In the evenings, guests can enjoy drinks and dance at the nightclub Haifischbar, which is next door. The Rudolf-Brun-Brücke Tram Stop is located right next to the DaVinci Hotel. The ETH Zürich University is also just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel attendant, Manuela, was ex traordinary in her customer service. Whatever problem we had she was immediately on it to solve it for us, whether to get us tickets for the train or to get us an alarm clock. She was also affluent in English which really helped us. She is what we remember best about our stay. - The location was really good - in old town, easy to get to from the train station and easy to get to all the tourist sights. - It was clean. - Wifi included and easy to use.
all reviews » The hotel is settled in a great central location. It's close to supermarkets and to street stores, to the lake and to the main attractions. It was very clean with perfect location! Therefore, it wasn't value for money. It was double the cost and half the size of what is available in other places (e.g. Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, etc). - The room was very cramped. The ceiling slanted off to the side so you couldn't stand up straight. Limited room to open luggage. - No lift so you have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The room was kind of smelly, like cigarette smoke, but it was OK!. No reception from 1730 to 1030. Did not tell us about free wifi. But did find us a kettle and coffee! Shower needs repairing. Bad wifi signal downstairs. Reception's service time is too late, it should start from 9.00 hrs. At the moment you arrive there , you feel like you are in some sort of (pardon my french) brothel, where people stay hourly. You won't feel any secure or comfortable there. The staff seems to be very strange and unprofessional. I am a young female, and they stated loudly discussing me, when I arrived. By the way there is a strip club underneath ;) so if looking for 'fun' then stay here. Under the hotel there is nightclub , and the hotel if i may call it , feels like a one hour hotel just to have sex. the relationship price quality was not good, we had shared toilet and shower and the room was too hot and too small. there is a cabaret next to the hotel, it is really noisy and it gave us a weird feeling when staying there, as the guy from reception came out of there to receive us. No elevator! But we were lucky that the owner was at the entrance and he helped us to take our large luggage to the second floor. Small room. The room was too hot and we opened the window but it became too cold at the midnight. A little bit noisy because of right next to the street. We can also heard sounds from other customers. Mosquitoes and ants in the room. The bed was slant to one side. We stayed for two days but the room wasn't cleaned for the second day. it is too noisy there is a strip club on the groundwork of the hotel there is no 24 hour reception open. Very disappointed. The price quote was not the price they charged. Day light robbery. Ants in the room, no split bed only double one, money ahead, situated above the strip club, no elevator. Outside toilet is somewhat 1m x 1m, shower holder is broken. Completely overchallenged with their booking system. Broken water pipes through the whole hotel. Unfriendly service. I would never anybody suggest to go there!. It was awful. No air condition so we had to open the window at night. But it was a night club at the ground floor so all the nights we were listening the music and people's talk under the window. This hotel would better offer as the hotel for the hour. For the people who wants to have a sex and have no place to do it.
