Ambience, cleaniness, friendliness of staff. Its location was excellent and although garage parking was available at a cost the staff assisted by moving our car into free street parking and we had no hassles at all.We only stayed one night, but it was really nice. The room was really clean, good size and very quiet (but we asked for a quiet room). The room was really nice and comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff was excellent.

This hotel is in close vicinity to the city centre / Zurich HB rail station which makes it a good choice for travellers to Zurich.It was very clean. The hotel has good location not far from the railway station and from the business center. I've been several times in this hotel and I am coming back, not because of comfort, but because of good location and relativelly good price. Nothing is good about this hotel except its location and breakfast, this not worth the money we paid. Driving into Zurich was quite difficult. We were provided with Google instructions on booking which were very helpful but this was the only thing wrong with the hotel and not the fault of the hotel in any way. not really. maybe a mini-bar in the room would be nice. But the solution with water by the reception is very good.Internet should be free or at least it should be better to change system of cards, if i buy a card of 2 hours i should be able to use it in different sessions and not only for 2 hours from the time of first connection, so maybe it's more convenient to access by credit card. expensive internet. Should be free. There are cafe's closeby who offer free internet if you buy a coffee, so the expense for internet is an irritant.- price was high, but perhaps this is normal for Swiss stadards. Room very small and poor view from the window.Tiny room; lots of constuction noice! Expensive internet (10 fr per hr)!. Breakfast is not completely satisfactory.There was no air conditioning and it was not possible to leave the window open at night due to men in the courtyard calling loudly to each other and slamming vehicle doors with no regard for hotel guests who might be sleeping. I know Switzerland is expensive but this was very expensive for what was on offer. We had stayed in a chealer hotel in Zurich 2 weeks earlier. If anything this was less good i.e. less spacious, fewer facilities.Breakfast is not good, apparently the hotel lacks on enough people to support it, keep replenishing the food and beverages etc. Also, they made-up my room without changing a towel. Limited breakfast, cold atmosphere at the reception.There was not wardrobe in the room only coat-rack. no smoking sign but whole room smelt of smoke. standard of room. no aircondition, breakfast only until 10am and poor. I had "Single Room Superior", but there is no mini bar or fridge in the room, no air condition, no wardrobe, no chest box for linen, just some racks. Very noisy street, expensive internet. Staff - no one seem to be happy to have you or ready to assist! Further, the room floor - 307 I think - was very noisy to walk on, thereby reducing comfort level. too expensive for what you get. The rooms look like hostel rooms.
