The hotel room was not as big as it was advertised, but pretty decent for the price. The location was superb, with the star ferry terminal within 5 minutes' walking distance, and there are many buses to Central on Gloucester road. Overall it's good value for money, especially after considering its location. very near to HK conference center & shopping strip. Found a nice eatery about 8 minutes walking distance, serving excellent food with wide varieties form the menu - chinese food.

No dry cleaning service in hotel so not ideal for a long stay. Inconvenient by train or bus as we need to carry our luggage across the overhead bridge to reach the apartment. Better to go by taxi. No explanation during check-in given on usage of water heater in the bath room which we took quite sometime to figure it out. The size of our room is small and not the 45m2 as specified. Cigarette smell and ashtries in the room, though the staff insisted it is a totally non-smoking hotel. Poorly working elevators, especially on the morning no canhcd to go up to the gym or go down to lobby. the staff is no sufficient. i pay the bill and i want the invoice for my company. the staff gave me invoice with company name << booking>> she don't unterstand this. i want to write on the invoice my company name. the aircontisioner is very - very dirty. the rooms smell poorly.
