When they found that I wasn't in their system, they gave me the same price for an upgraded room (actually, it was a suite). I was impressed. The breakfast. location. Room is small but ok. Breakfast is good.location near to convention centre. Receptionists never smile and seem to be unfriendly. Should changeforks, spoons etc. before next dish in restaurant. Kills me when waitreswith unfriendly face take dirty plate away but leave used forks andknives at the table. Not acceptably in restaurant. Not even duringbreakfast.
