The hotel was well located for accessing the ferry, bus and train networks. Staff were very helpful and attentive to all requests. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated with superb harbour views. Breakfast was amazing! Other hotel facilities such as the pool, gardens etc were also clean and well maintained. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Good location, small cafe at lift lobby to purchase coffee/ pannini/fruit rather than expensive breakfast in the restaurant. Staff helpful. Hotel rooms are very quiet.

They renewed some rooms and it was more elegant. After a busy day lobby was welcoming you with a live performance of music. Check in and check out Efficency of room and components particular for internet room design and arrangements. Everything v high level. Swimming pool very good but unfortunately it rained all 4 days. I greatly appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, location and quality of hotel staff. Lacked atmosphere and food very disappointing. When I arrived I was informed only twin rooms were available despite my booking. Gym currently closed but access is available to gym in hotel next door. Lifts were very slow at peak times. Slight mildew smell until turning on A/C, few toilettries (not enough cotton swab kits, but easily asked for), distance to Wan Chai MTR (all covered walkway though). The superb harbour view is marred currently by major civil engineering works along the waterfront - not the fault of the hotel of course but a note in the room explaining what it is all about would have been appreciated. No discernible noise from the works whilst we were there. There is lounge service with a bit expensive cost. Nothing. Hongkong is not such a great city in the end. Humid, polluted, noisy, overbuilt, very little green spaces and the bay is nothing special. Only shops, shops, shops, shopping centers. NOthing wrong with hotel which was v high level. Harbour construction noise (March 2013). as my last name is wrong, so, the two of reservation in different condition. so, they charge me the internet as the last name in differnt as record. expensive. Rooms are small had a club room and could barely move into the toillet. water in the shower didn't go through the water hole. it spilled over through the room. But, the staffs responded very quick and fixed the problem. No complaints. Small size of room. expensive charging for wifi. no wifi in the rooms. Room very small and with toilet in the entrance ( cleaning lady enter and iwas sitting on toilet and she freeze and loook at me like stupid) Really too much expensive for what they offers. Is fine if it cost around 150 per night.. Quality of room service food was terrible. Wouldn't make substitutions of things I can't eat. Gym was poor. There is no restaurant for u at 3 pm. We come back to hotel for late lunch. We were asked to go outside for lunch by hotel staff. a lot of queue for breakfast, room was too small, very pricy for the quality of room. They did not give me room as promised in the top floor After complain they gave us the room Bed sheet a bit old. Very high price. There are hotels near with better rates. Fitness was not good, swimming pool shared with Hyatt. Spa not available you had to go to Hyatt. Better go to Hyatt. As The bed is not king size, we had to add a children's bed, and there was not much space left in the room. I was given a room next to some heavy refurbishment work going on. There was so much noise I could not even talk on the phone. I asked staff to give me some free point compensation and they said no. Not Nice. Overcrowded, staff not very professional , rooms are small. Smell. It's more suitable for business trip as the location is a bit far. Walking distance to MRT station is around 10 mins!. Desperate value for money worst i have ever experienced,leaking shower,tiny room,took ages checking out,having the cheek to charge 120 hk dollar for wifi daily while charging 6500 hk dollar a night for pokey room. My room smelled like wet towels. Front desk service was not helpful. The internet cut out frequently no matter my location. I asked if the internet service would be free for the duration of my stay, I was told it was, however, I was still billed for it in the end. Perhaps it was a language barrier issue. The hotel was also crowded. Breakfast is crazy expensive. Wifi was very very bad and also not free! Price of the hotel is way to high compared to what you get for the money. Difficult to get in and out without taxi. Room much too small, bed choice not as booked.
