Cleanliness and courtesy throughout our 3 day visit. Staff provided for every need including loan of umbrellas for hotel guests when it rained. We like the service from the staffs, excellent service & friendliness. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Restaurants are nice places for both Chinese food & buffet. Convenient for us.

Plenty of bars and restaurants close by but there are a number of girl bars so if that upsets you the area of Wan Chai may not be for you though the area is perfectly safe, My wife and I had no issues. Air - conditioning is sometimes too cold in the room even it was turned off. Nothing.was perfect place to stay. Will go again. There wasn't anything I didn't like. Nothing that I can think of. It is on a busy highway - but once inside that hardly seems to matter - especially if your room is on the 24th floor. Air Conditioning in Restaurant was too cold. I had a bad bed / mattress. Seems to be used up. Amenities are very basic. The towels could be better. It would not need a lot to make this hotel much better. Elevators must be improved. Breakfast buffet was expensive and not fresh at all. They tried to put us on a construction floor. Terrible. Nothing. They don't accept debit card. And lost of "funny" people downstairs during the evening and night. The price is a bit high. Specially when we ordered for the third bed, the price was very high. The internet speed is slow, and maximum for three users, even if number of guests are three. No bar in the hotel. the mattresses were tooooo soft. kind of expensive. There was this young lady at the front desk was so impatience and not willing to answer my question about my extended stay.I just asked her to convert how much will it be from H.K.$ to U.S.$. Her attitude was so bad so I decide to stay @ other hotel for extra 5 days some where else. small hall reception and not lovely people. Small gym. Furniture are all very old and worn out, towel is old and not clean. Hairdryer is at least 20 years old model. With the price I paid, HKD1.6K per night, I would expect something at least clean. - Wan Chai area has a lot of prostitutes at night, especially right next to the hotel. very small room. Old deco room! Worst hotel room I have ever stayed for 2000hkd in my life so far! When checking in front desk staff not very helpful either they don't care to response or lack of training! Checking out is much better!. room smells bad, staff disappointing.
