Clean room, good water pressure and temperature. Good location. Good service. We did book for 2 nights, so we could checkout at evening, but The Wesley did only charge for one day. Very convenient and the hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean, confortable and quite large. Very clean, quiet, attractive rooms. Great hot shower and comfortable bed. Complimentary tea, instant coffee, bottled water in room. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable rates, excellent location: a short walk from WanChai MTR station, on the tram route and on the #15 bus route to the Peak, a good selection of local and European restaurants nearby.Location, cleanliness. Location was excellent and the staff were very obiging. Compared to prices paid by colleagues who were in Hong Kong at the same time I would say value wise I got the best deal.Close to the Convention Centre and Wan Chai but quiet. Rooms have recently been redecorated so hotel is very neat and clean. Updated room, clean with good water pressure. Hotel staff was helpfull and friendly. Some of the frontliners did not communicate English which is sometimes frustrating. The bed was too hard for us (but not bad).The staff were quite unhelpful the weekend staff's English was poor. I asked reception how i could go to Victoria Peak or take a city tour she pointed down the road told me to take the Metro to Central station - that was it she should have told me just to get on the tram and it would stop where necessary or go to a travel agent!!!. No personal (ie self use) laundry facilities available.No public meeting area, eg Bar. No western restaurant ( asian staff not speak adequate English for me to use the Asian restaurant). But I will return.door men are not so hospitable.. and concierge lady not so patient.. Our room was a little cold.the staff is not very helpful at times, maybe language is a problem. Rooms and bathroom are very small and I had an upgraded room.Facility is out dated and room is really small. Why do they didn't have water for drink everyday?. about the interior design/furnitures of the hotel. There is rust in the tap water. Extra bottle of water is not provided when asked for. Paying $4 for a local call is too expensive.Loking device of the door of the room was too old style, then you fill a little unsafe. kindness of staff. I hang 'Don't disturb' outside my room, but every morning I hadhousekeeping calling me when they can come clean the room, which I findvery disturbing. Also hotel staff was not very helpful. They just standthere chatting to each other, didn't help me with getting a taxi at all,while I was carrying a heavy luggage.
