Everything. All the staff was extremely friendly and discreet with a very warm welcoming upon arrival and a welcome complimentary tea set service while I arrived in the room. The room was exquisite, with a view on the harbour, top-notch bathroom, a large TV, a comfy bed and well furnished mini-bar. I ordered some delicious room service. The hotel is above a famous Hong-Kong shopping mall.

I could pay to install a camp bed instead! Disappointed with attitude. The housekeeper didn't clean the toilet bowl properly. On the 3rd day of our stay, I could smelled urine.
