  This hotel was fantastic. From the front door through to reception was professional yet incredibly welcoming. The rooms were ready earlier than promised. interconnecting rooms were very spacious. Had breakfast down at the buffet and I don't think I have ever had a better buffet breakfast presented. The limo servic - We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

The hotel contacted us and guided us direction to the hotel before our flight to Hong Kong. Our room is very small but extremely clean, pillow and blanket are clean and without smell. The hote - me and my cousin stay here for 3 days and 2 nights. the place is very easy to find but we had a bit of difficulty finding it at first. thanks to ricky who even waited for us outside. the room is quite cozy and its really clean. even though the room is a bit small but they put everything properly. aside from ricky there is aunty whose also very friendly and welcomed us. we even left our luggages in the hallway. thanks to them.. im planning to go back next year with my nephews and ill stay her

I made a mistake while booking my trip, and Booking helped by talking to the Hyatt management, sorting out the mess I made. We are here 4 more days, and are getting very spoilt by the service, location, swank bathroom and other accommodations, and accessibility ... what people say » to all forms of transport. I give Hyatt Regency hktst and letsbookhotel.com,10/10. - The room is spacious and the bath room is huge with separate bath tub and shower. The water flow in the shower is very strong and very good, consistently warm temperature without any shocking cold water interrupted. The twin bed is big enough for me to share with my 5 years old daughter. Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay there again.
