I made a mistake while booking my trip, and Booking helped by talking to the Hyatt management, sorting out the mess I made. We are here 4 more days, and are getting very spoilt by the service, location, swank bathroom and other accommodations, and accessibility to all forms of transport. all reviews » The room is spacious and the bath room is huge with separate bath tub and shower. The water flow in the shower is very strong and very good, consistently warm temperature without any shocking cold water interrupted. The twin bed is big enough for me to share with my 5 years old daughter. Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay there again. One of our party had an accident, we needed assistance which was provided without request. The staff and management went all out to help us and arrange everything for us.we cant thank them enough for their professional approach to the situation. As it happens it is also an excellent hotel as well!. good location for the harbour and shops in that area. best to take a red taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about $280 HK Dollars, takes about 25 minutes. Cheaper than a private limo and quicker than the train and then a taxi. wifi is very good and reasonably fast. Sweet aroma on the floor when we entered your hotel to smell was a nice relaxing welcome . A concierge was professional enough to answer all my questions well. Chinese dishes for breakfast were tasty. I will stay again when I traveled from Japan. Staff are very friendly and attentive. No launguage barriers which made onesrequests so simple. Fabulous location near alltransport modes. The room was perfect and very clean. Most definatly would stay the again. Friendly and helpful Staff. We booked a triple room through letsbookhotel.com and had to upgrade as it was too small for a couple and a 13 year old. The difference in the upgrade was an additional $900...very expensive. They take so long time to do the check in. so long time....when I arrived there, the room is not ready yet. and they did not upgrade the room for me. A lot of persons were waiting for the taxi, and the concierge did not make a line for us, I feel if I do not shouted at them I will never get a taxi. I booked a triple room but actually it is a twin room wiz a extra bed. The room is super small. There is no spa. I must use tow elevators to reach my room. Lobby is small without enough sofa. Some taxi drivers don't know this hotel. Nothing in particular. The room AC was either hot or cold, nothing in between. The room has various problems.Not enough place to put our clothes,and only one chair (there is a nice "fauteill" but if two persons want to write or have a snack---dificult. And there was a bad water leakage in the bathroom. Mosquitos in the room. We were guests for the Club floor, however breakfast and happy hours are so poor of foods and service, just too many people in a very small area. Hyatt should improve very much this Club, it is not worthed for money at all !. I don't like what happened and answer I got it whe arrived for check- in.When book the room on booking web site I ask for king size bad and when arrive they give me twin bad..but I was with my wife anf of course we would like sleep on the same bed.I Insist for half hour for get king size,but he answer from reception was that next time for to be sure have the liked room and bed size is better book through hotel's web site..do you think that is fair??. For the price it doesn't include breakfast. Very poor breakfast. We stayed in club suites, the break fast was really limited in variety. Took them more than 20 minutes to prepare an omelette. 3 days of our stay with same food. On 30th of August,2013. We were having our breakfast at 23F, there is a waitress asked me the drink but she forgot to delivered. Rooms were a little small as being a five star hotel. Slow internet. Highly priced food and services (E.G. laundry). A poolside bar would have topped off a great stay. Pillow too soft. -The lobby is very close to the restaurant where they have open kitchen and it causes food smell all over the lobby. We liked all. No TV in the toilet. The pillows too soft & when sleep on it, it will flatten immediately. No drama series programme to watch. Lighting no strong enough. Nothing. It was difficult to find out the entrance. Upon check out I was informed that no points would be credited to my Hyatt Gold Passport membership because I had made the reservation through letsbookhotel.com. The breakfast and the all day snack not enough variety !. Noise from next door woke me up in the midnight. The exchange rate charged on my transaction was ridiculous. The hotel blamed the bank and the bank blamed the hotel - giving me the run-around.
