The staff was very friendly and spoke enough English to get by. It is located in the heart of Wan Chi with bars, restaurants, and shops right outside the door. The rooftop garden area was also a plus. A great value for the money. Staff were really nice! Location is good - very close to the Chinese visa office! It is close to the trams and metro too. Room was small but HK is like this, and for the price I thought the room was great.

They are large enough so you are not cramped but there is little room for anything but showering and sitting in bed. My room was facing the road so there was a little noise from the traffic but it wasn't bad. The electricity blew out on my floor but the changed rooms ASAP. The rooms are pretty small. It's a little small but for one person it was great!. nothing!. Very narrow washbasin area in toilet (wall / partition on either side of basin impeding movement of elbows - and I was slim) ! Also, no lift access to some rooms including my room. The pricelevel is at the limit... some last minute deals in the city offer better value for same price... but i never have time to figure that out. Room was next to their business center and noisy, bathroom faucet leaked and required repair. There is elevator only to 2d floor,we stayed on 4th so its was not very convenient climb up with a luggage in hands. If your room is near the road, then it would feel a little bit noise. Small room. Not a big deal to me, just sayin'. Having to go up stairs with luggage, then an elevator, then outside across a landing, down stairs, inside, down more stairs, into a closet, then into my room, was kind of interesting. I guess that's what happens when your hotel is split across two buildings. Room very small. TV didn't work. The bed is a little bit too small for me. Small room. no enough hot water for supply. Poor Air Con. nothing to complain about. still a Lillie bit far fro. Subway. a mirror in more. noise. nothing. Disruptive noise from traffic outside throughout the night. Not enough space for clothes and bags. The rooms are really tiny, obviously not meant for suit case travel. That considered the price is quite high per night. The room also gets quite moist after the shower. My room was so small I could not even open my suitcase on the floor. To get to my room I had to walk up several, narrow stairs carrying my heavy bags (short stairs but still). A nice lady - only a bit bigger than my suitcase - helped me though, but on the way out I was alone. You get what you pay for in the area. The staff. Miserable. Crashing and bashing around from the staff at night (was on 1st floor) with doors banging, emptying of trash at 3am, more doors banging, people on walkie talkies, more doors banging...you get the picture. Probably better on a higher floor. At least I hope so. Found my room very dmall for a Queen advertised room. With 2 people would have bern unbesrsble. Very small and noisy rooms. The price unreasanable expensive. Rooms extremely small. Showers cramped. Only 1 power point that is accessible in the whole room. A problem if you need to charge more than 1 unit. Rooms were tiny Ventilation claustrophobic Stairs annoying Changing rooms every 2 nights was most annoying. price/quality is really poor, very very small room, I canceled my reservation for my remaining nights. 1. huge cockroach falling out of exhaust ventilation 2. small room for two persons 3. one of the staff - Yvonne Wong refused to affix our warrants! We didnot see such unexpected act at any of country what we worked. Outside noise was bad. Very small room. 1.Rooms contain no lockers and after request a locker with 3 instead of 4 batteries was sent to the room. Did not work. Great. 2.Unless you have a balcony there is no space in the room for any comfort 3.Remote Control of A.C was missing and was sent to room after request. 4.Staff seems more kind than they are. Real attitude is shown after some normal request is made. HK style..... the rooms near the street side are EXTREMELY noisy. Impossible to sleep. 11 March 2013 After I returned from my business trip in Hong Kong I was alerted that my credit card details was used to make purchases online. I only use my business credit card to pay for my hotel accommodation. I am convinced that the staff at Mingle at the Park used my credit card details and travelers as well as the managers of Mingle at the Park should be alerted that their staff cannot be trusted with their clients personal details!!. No breakfast. Lack of space. No elevator. I was leaving in 4th floor and must go to 7th and later step down. Unacceptable with luggages.
