Great location, clean and modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff. It was at a great location, with great food all around 24/7. Not in a shopping district but that's ok because it's between Causeway bay and Central. Superb value due to the size of the room. If you've stayed in hk before, you'll know that rooms r usually small. Some people might not like that it's not a true blue hotel with swimming pools or bell boys but u're never in hk to relax!.

The toilet design was good and modern. And it got DVD machine and LCD TV. It is istuated close to subway, ferries, shops and restaurants.big bed, comfortable, clean. very central, easy to get to from airport yet close to city centre. Nice decor of rooms. The hotel room is quite big (as in hongkong standard) with king size bed provided. The room we had in level 12 is very clean. However another room i booked in Level 11 have cigarette smell although i've request for non smoking room.Cleaniness, nice room with comfortable room size and value for money. Frontdesk staff are pretty helpful as well. very clean and comfortable, the service is good. The most important the location is excellent.Clean rooms with contemporary style, safe and well located. Location is very convenient with acceptable price. Huge bed with wireless internet.I didn´t have hot water during 1½ days. If there are more TV channels, it would be perfact.The JJ hotel was fantastic. It was hard to find it. room had funny smell (slight vinigar) , left open window and it was ok. The location.The hotel is 5 to 8min ++ walk to Wanchai MTR station and 5mins++ walk to Timesquare shopping area. Not too ideal with elderly who cant walk.But it's still value for $$ (as i booked during peak season) and I'm happy with the cleaniness and "new-ness" of the room. The hotel only occupied 4 storey (from Level 9 to 12) of the building (Lucky Centre).The biggest problem is the charges. I had booked my room in your web site as HK$420, but they deducted the money from my visa card for about AU$271 (around HK$1220). So I am sure what is the charges coming from and I did call back to JJ hotel and they probmise to call me back later, but two days passed no one has contacted me. Disappointed. Small walk through busy streets required for MTR, Trams and buses was required, and the staff where really not very helpful or friendly. I saw few working ladies in the elevator, not sure if they stay in the same hotel or not. But that make me very uncomfortable, worried about the hygiene all the time.
