Housekeeping staff insert housekeeping cards in the master bedroom switch that they never remove. The aircon in every room is therefore on 24/7 even when the room is not occupied.location. The outside view of the hotel is not as that on the site , the outerfinishing is different .We needed to extend our trip due to that we could not travel to Thailand. Rates are not the same as booked but still ok. Noisy air conditionining - I had to move from room because it was so loud.Booking out. I asked for a late book out and was kicked out at 12normal time. At the time of booking, we reserved a Deluxe suite,however at check-in, we were provided with a room with two single beds, which was clearly not a Deluxe suite. We were also told at the time of first complaining regarding the first room that there were no spare rooms. Only after advising we were moving to another hotel, did a room become available. Check in staff were being dishonest with guests. Not easy to get taxis from rank at hotel. Room was far to small. shuttle to the airport. The hotel does not allow the guests to open the windows that they lock the windows. You need to call the room services to open the windows for fresh air. Even worse, they put up some protection on the woindows and totally block the views from the window. I don't know why it is all about, but imagin all this in a very very small room, make us feel really depressed.When my wife and I first arrived we were shown to a room that was so small that we couldn't move. I asked for a larger room which was as shown in the pictures, we understood it to be a standard room so were a little shocked that the cost increased by 50%. the photos on youur site are very misleading. Our honeymoon was basically wrecked but we will learn from this. The room was shocking, it was tiny, it had no proper shower and had a "panoramic" view of the muslim cemetary.
