Very clean apartment. Very helpful staff and service was excellent. Location is next to Times Square with the MTR, shops and eateries within walking distance. The kitchenette is a plus and so is the self service laundry. Slippers and toiletries are provided. There is also a gym. hotel location is very convenient, can find foods easily nearby and MTR is just around. services and facilities are very good, appt is even better then hotels. it will be perfect if offer BF… need bring own bijahma, hotel offer toothbrush.

The apartment style, with a living room and simple kitchen options enhances extended stays - we stayed for 6. Very good wifi service. Location was superb - facilities clean comfortable & sufficient for self catering; bed was comfortable; kitchen set-up was convenient & easy to prepare meals. We would stay again & recommend shama to friendsu. Just right in the center of everything. Across the street from Time square, easy access to restaurants and all kind of shopping. The staffs are all very helpful. The room is clean and big enough for a week stay. we stay here for 4 nights. the location is very good. close to the center and the underground. the room is clean and comfort. enough space for us and luggage. Overall the experience is good...especially considering the marvalous location. pillows and bed are very comfortable, making you feel at home. 1) the location of the apartment 2) very easy to access public transport 3). Great location, all new cooking equipment. The standard studio is small especially the bathroom. More suitable for one person . It's a bit noisy when we stayed as there is substantial construction works going on next door. Reception is on level7 so there is limited day-to-day communication; provision of coffee, milk, biscuits, fruit very limited; AirCon a bit noisy. Nothing to report in this box. No area for loading or unloading luggage. We had to drag our luggage across the street for taxi. in four nights they didn't change the bed sheets even once. even after that we place the note on the bad. yet the decoration of the apartment is a little bit old and outdated, the sofa is not tidy at all. you can see stains all over the sofa. the staff was very friendly, except for their ommission to tell you how to use the weird elevators... 1) too small the reception area 2) room was too small 3) bath room is extremely small. Studio apartment is a bit too small, probably OK for one person. no instruction on how to turn on the hot water for shower; do not know how to turn off the light above kitchen table. bathroom is too small. the room was too small. It claims the room area is 40 sq meter unfortunately when I moved in, it is obviously not.
