We had rooms on the top floor, they were very small, but presume they were single rooms as there was a glass sliding door to the toliet! Lovely, air conditioned, clean, well presented rooms - including a Jacuzzi on the balcony. 5 Mins walk from Causeway Bay, small street of friendly bars across the main road, not far from Hong Kong Stadium.

Was clean for the most part. The staff was very nice, helpful and professional. It was very close to Time Square and MTR. The view from my room and the roof was very good of the city.
Considering that I was booking late for business trip for one of the exhibitions, the price for this hotel was still good. Walking distance from Convention Centre (around 20 mins).

The rooms were much smaller than expected. There is no wardrobe to hang suits/shirts, just few coat hangers on the door.

Poor staff manners, not interested in fising problems. Very poor breakfast and quality of food and selection of food was the pits. Rooms in Hong Kong are traditionally small, but the rooms at this hotel are the smallest yet that i have stayed in. I have been traveling to H/K now for 5 years and this is by far the smallest room i have ever had and the worst service in a hotel.

The lighting in the room is much too dimmed, I couldn't see any writing at all therefore unable to do my work in the room plus the fact that there's no writing table provided in the room.

The room was like a shoe box it was very small , I had chosen Best Western thinking it was an international chain and that the room would not be so small . The pictures on the website of of the rooms were misleading . There was no place to put my suitcase fortunately I was travelling on my own . Insufficient light in the room to read.

The room are that small that it is impossible to pack out the baggage. If you have claustrophobia, you should not book this hotel. No closets, the beds are horrible, like a camping bed.

Stay well clear of this ridiculously overpriced hotel ! I have travelled the world and the room was the smallest ive ever had the misfortune to come across ! On talking to other guests I gather this is the norm ! Nowhere to put even a small case ...three coat hangers , two sachets of coffee...bathroom also ridiculously small,the list is endless ! We were literally tripping over each other and our baggage ! This really is HK at its worst cashing in on the corporate market !!! Never again!.
