The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel
is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very
professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late
and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late
night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed.
Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved
in advanced.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.
