Everything! The facilities are really first class for an amazing price. The room rate includes just about everything you'd expect and a whole lot more - such as good food and drinks in the kitchen any time, internet access, car parking, and even bike hire is offered (plus the bikes are good quality bikes!). It has the feel of a home from home, but at the standard of an immaculate show home!.
all reviews » friendliness and informality: it was lovely to be able to use the kitchen and living areas, and when I was late for breakfast they were quite happy to let me have some anyway. The rooms are clean, stylish and modern. I think the idea is you can make it homely with your own things during your stay, but the decor is left plain and uncluttered. It is well-positioned for the European Quarter.Everything is included in the initial cost so there are no extra 'mini bar' charges when you check out. The hotel is unique...an apartment block where there is access to lounge areas, computers, a kitchen (fully stocked with food which you can take at any time of the day). A great breakfast is included in the price. It's very homely and welcoming. Definitely recommended!. The personnell was very welcoming and helpful. It was very clean everywhere, spotless. You could even in the evening make yourself a cup of coffee in the kitchen or have a small snack. There was also a large, cosy living room with a fireplace and free Internet for all hotel guests to use. Everything was renovated, new and modern. Nice hotel, nice and quiet surrounding.No check-in or check-out hassel. Free flow of drinks, cookies and chocolate just like at home. Dun have to worry about losing your room keys cos basically there isn't any. A pin no. will be given to you to access into your room and parking. Parking is free. The double small room was small but it was comfortable and it has a spacious bathroom. The very friendly atmosphere and the extremely high quality of the rooms. We get a nice en-suite bedroom, like in a hotel, and we also get access to a living room with sofas, TV, computer, and to the kitchen with fridge full of goodies. Finding the hotel was not easy as there is no signage.There were many construction sites at the time of my visit and many of the routes to the hotel were inaccessable so the hotel was vey hard to find for newcomers. It was confusing to get to. The best thing to do is to take the rail to Central Station and then take bus 29 to Hof-ten-berg and get off at Place Dailly. It's about a 20 minute bus ride from Central Station. Then from Dailly, it is about a 2 minute walk to the street.The hotel should provide more precise instructions on how to get from the airport to its premises. It would be very, very useful. It was very difficult to find. The breakfast was only OK.The parking garage is very small and not suitable for full sized cars and the property has no sign, but the address is correct for GPS use. Really difficult to spot on the map. Not even a sign!. pretty hard to find at first time. still no wi-fi and TV in the new building. Hotel was not very easy to find. TV was impossible to use. I do not know why - maybe I did not know but there was no instructions and because of this reason I thought that the way of use TV is the same to others but.... Yes, I know I could phone to the reception but...The hotel and the street on which it lies are brand new and not on any maps, and very difficult to find. There is currently no signs to say it is a hotel, other than an A4 piece of paper in a frame in the doorway. We passed it several times without realising it was the hotel, and when you ask directions of locals, they have never heard of the hotel or road name. They need to make thenselves more prominent. We were warned about the difficulty finding the hotel, and they wereright. Not even the police knew one-block street. There was a smallpaper sign with the name of the hotel next to the keypad by thefront door.Hard to find, even with GPS. Suggest printing latest map before you go. Little problem working heat/alarm system.Rooms are not sound proofed, so at times it can be a bit noisy. The hotel is located not close to city center and Metro, but location area very nice and there are many bus lines nearby.Not the best of neighbourhoods, no sign outside hotel. lady at the reception did not sepak good English.
