Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to lend assistance . The buffet breakfast is very good . The hotels location is perfect for all the main tourist attractions of Istanbul. The hotel sent a pre-arrival welcoming email. On arrival at the hotel, I was offered a drink and snack free of charge. The room was very well appointed for a three star hotel, eg with minibar and room safe. It was all spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a very good selection of food on offer. It was great to have a swimming pool given the days were so hot.Fantastic location. Nice staff. This hotel is a good choice. Svimming and bar 7-th floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Air Conditioning is a must during the hot days and thankfully this hotel had it at no extra charge unlike some we stayed in. Location was also a big bonus. The location was very good, and the reception staff "specially Tariq" were great, it made up for the size of the room. Convenient location to attractions, transportation and food. Bathroom was too little. Less space as a Double room - Bed sheet was a Thick and rough made bruises on the skin- English News paper was not available. The standard rooms are small but comforatble and in good repair . There is however very little storage space for your clothing making it necessary to 'live ' out of your suitase ( this was a minor irritation ). The hotel was on the tram line (and very well positioned). As there was work going on during the night to repair the line, though, it was very very noisy and no one asked about this at reception.Rooms are a bit small but clean and confortable. too noisy !!! mostly internaly... next room and corridors. Prices for beverages were a little ridiculous at the bar and restaurant within the hotel. Considering just across the street you could pick up the exact same beer and larger at a local vendor for a 1/3rd the price. AirCon unit reset to inoperative when the room key operated master switch was removed - meant standing on chair to do a manual reset - no instructions. A nuisance when the street was too noisy to have windows open overnight. Otherwise excellent.the windows open into a busy street with tram; the terrace is only open in very warm weather; the breakfast is served in the diner on -1 floor rather than at the rooftop cafe with a nice view. The swimming pool is too small.The rooms are a little cramped especially if you are travelling with lot of luggage. Beware of the hot water! It is close to boiling!!! They didnt refill minibar and minibar wasnt as inventory list. List should have been adjusted (manually or new list)! Why not serve the breakfast at the top terrace aswell????. Bar. Noise.I had requested a double in the booking but were shown a twin room, although they changed the room, the size of the rooms were very small and I could not sleep for 2 days due to noise from the street. The rooms is too small, with a feeling that it is not 100% clean -especially the carpet and bedsheet. May be the carpet need to be change!.
