Tram line no. 10 directly connects the Leoneck to the airport (30 minutes) and to the main train station. The Haldenegg tram stop can be found right beside the hotel. Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception). Have stayed there at least twice before and can thoroughly recommend this Hotel as a base for exploring not only the city but the surrounding area as well.

Was able to change it to non-smoking. Quality of tv signal poor. TV (fixed) too big for small desk/table, taking 50% of the space. Water temperature of shower pending between too hot and too cold during first morning, OK during second morning.WIFI absence. Price higher than comparable hotels in Germany and Austria.the climb uphill to reach the hotel. The price, but if it's too expensive then switerland is not a place to visit.The price ! but they tell us that is Zurich. .very average breakfast, below average!! . There isn't any reasonably priced parking near by.I didn't like the resturant. Single bed - even though it was a single room and the noise (close to a main road). Uphill walk from downtown unless you are going to use the tram, no a/c,dated furnature. ants are all over the rooms and the manager didnt want to be responsible. he hung up on the call when we were filing complaints... wouldnt give out his name, either.
