This is a family hotel and they do their utmost to make you comfortable. It was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and quiet and central. I arrived at 9:30 AM from overseas and they allowed me to check into my room right away, which was a big help after a long trip. Great location. Easy walking distance to the central train station and tour bus location. Staff was very friendly and continental breakfast very tasty. Loved the elevator! The room, while not large or plush, was very comfortable. . all reviews »
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room definitely costs the money I paid, the bath is useful, nothing superfluous, but everything is useful. It's good that they serve breakfast for this price and again all staff is very nice. Very clean and comfortable with lovely staff who were friendly and extremely helpful. Nice room, lovely breakfast and excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel room was very very clean. All the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room heater worked well - we had a comfortable night even with rainy snow outside. Breakfast was adequate, but no more.no working extractor fan in bathroom / not so keen on the twin beds. Room was too small. the lift was too small..... no double bed... 2 single beds strewn together. Breakfast was very simple-bread and jam!. There was not plenty of food for breakfast!. Very low to nonexistent noise isolation of the room, you can literally hear everything even the steps of the people walking on the sidewalk on the street. People who is sensitive to noise might have a problem there.The carpets are worn out and stained, it's about time to renovate the place.
