Very clean apartment. Very helpful staff and service was excellent. Location is next to Times Square with the MTR, shops and eateries within walking distance. The kitchenette is a plus and so is the self service laundry. Slippers and toiletries are provided. There is also a gym. -

Awesome hotel in a great location. Not your standard big franchise type hotel. Small boutique hotel with a personal feel. Very clean and appropriate size rooms. The location was perfect for shopping, and Victoria Park. The staff were always very pleasant and extremely helpful, with booking tours, giving information and just getting taxi's. The breakfast was simple but there was always plenty available and the added bonus of having tea, coffee, soft drinks etc available throughout the day was an added bonus. Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.

Literally got shocked about how big our room was. Definitely worth the price! Fast Internet, the awesome looking and clean room, everything! we loved it so much that we're considering booking it again the next time we stay in hongkong. The place is very near to the station too! and not so hard to find. -

The staff were extremely friendly and English was great. The hotel room was very comfortable furnished brilliantly large Screen which I plugged my Apple TV in to. Shower was 10 out of 10. Food was brilliant I am from England and thought the Breakfast was lovely, I had the american break but was just like an english break, hash brown, sausage (which was good!) bacon beans (they must of been heinz!) Scrambled egg!

The hotel room was not as big as it was advertised, but pretty decent for the price. The location was superb, with the star ferry terminal within 5 minutes' walking distance, and there are many buses to Central on Gloucester road. Overall it's good value for money, especially after considering its location. -
