Excellent location for MRT, Shopping and business. As well as the excellent hotel restaurants it is also close to many other food outlets. We enjoyed the great breakfast menu and also the use of the Executive Club Lounge to entertain a guest. The room we got this time was pretty big for excelsior. They have a room (710) which is suppose to be for 3 people, so a double bed and a single bed, good for family who travel with a child.

Location (you should improve the cleanliness smells bad when you pass by along the side going to causeway bay area near shopping mall). Nothing to complain about. When we got there the bathtub wasn't very clean which doesn't happen often at excelsior. nothing to dislike. The only thing missing is a swimming pool but that is more than made up for everything else. Rooms are a little dated decor-wise (for instance wallpaper not paint on walls) but everything else first class. Very crowdy in the reception. Nonsense to pay for Wifi. But Starbucks (free wifi) is next door. I did not like the fact that the buffet breakfast offered on Saturday morning was exactly the same as the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning. I think to offer a 10 to 15% difference from one day to another would suffice. I didn't like the hotel being promoted specifically for Mainland Chinese tourists. I saw the in-room snacks and setup are more for Mainland Chinese tourists than for international tourists. The carpets are not clean enough that the hotel looks a bit old. None. 1)Breakfast offering has been reduced big time 2)Rooms need some renovations - change the carpet at least. Must pay for Wifi. little high price for me as Chinese. When we check in, the hotel is in some small construction so that we can not move in on time, but the hotel give us free wifi as return which had a really fast speed...价格高，入住是酒店有点小维修，于是我们需要等一下下，不过酒店给了我们4天的免费wifi，速度真的很快- 。. Equipment not so advanced. I paid the Internet package on letsbookhotel.com but still had to pay extra for the Internet. No hot chocolate in the room. Pricey, but this is Hong Kong for you. dirty carpets. no internet connection complimentary. the room was small and cramped and the standard of cleanliness was not what i would have expected. the room badly needed refurbishment. There was not hairdryer in bathroom. Room needs renovation too old to ask for higher rates esp. During our last 3 days of stay. Staff to old ( room service)for the job they dont even care for you.
