Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu. Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.Staff were very friendly. We had an excellent dinner at Zeffirino restaurant. Great locations- near shops, 5 min. from MTR. good location,very near to shopping center;bed is soft and confidence, large size of the bed.

The lower floor rooms along Hennessey Road were noisy from traffic especially early morning. the furniture is a little old, but clean. The small notice advising that tap water should not be consumed was hidden behind the basin outlet in the bathroom (and was not seen until after drinking the water). If tapwater is not suitable for consumption, then complimentary bottled water should be provided in a hotel of this standard and not charged for at an exhorbitant rate. better if I can pay it when I book the room, considering the exchange rate fluctuation. They have "house" music playing in the corridors which can be heard in the rooms. It starts 6.30am until 12am. Very annoying. We've rented a room with Queen bed, but i find the bed a bit small, it has the size of a twin bed which your staff told me that your beds are that size. I'm a bit confused.
