The location is perfect, so the price is acceptable. The staff are friendly, they can speak Madrain and English fluerently. The room is small but consider it is a hotel in Hongkong, it is very good. The bed is very comfortable and big enough. This Is the place where I love to stay when coming to Hong Kong. Located in vibrant CausewayBay, close to mtr. Nice design. Facitilies include a small built in kitchenette & washing machine. location and the staff. also they upgraded me to an apartment type, which was very nice of them and the room was very practical. Centrality of location. Many amenities are close at hand like places to eat, MTR station and of course convenience of shopping. Staff were very helpful Cleanliness was excellent Great location. Difficult to get there by taxi/car as stopping is prohibited around there (unlike hotels, which usually there is a stopping area). facilities, as expected for the city hotel, there was no facility at all. Over-crowdedness on weekends outside of the hotel especially on the walkway; the foreign domestic helpers were crowding outside the main door as there is a natural sheltered area. Fire alarm going off at 3am on my first night!. The room is exteremely small thus limit our movement -- I would recommend to change the layout and interior accordingly. Inconsistent Hot water in Shower. If get the Superior Double Room for 2 people the bed too small for adult. See through window blinds - bad for late riser. Noises from the streets were audible. tight space for bathroom routines. Elevator a little small n slow. The space around the hotel and especially the lifts is too small. Not so convenient for travelers with children. The double bed seems to be smaller than other hotel. Elevators seemed to have a programming failure. Sometimes did not stop at desired level or it took very long to go down to ground level. I didn't like the fact that I was asked to make a 1000 HKG $ deposit on check in. At check out I was advised the authorisation liked to my card would be removed. This has still not happened!. the space in my room is too narrow that makes me & friend difficult to move (even to place our luggages). Room size too small Bed size Toliet. Signage could have been more prominent. Bathroom requires more fittings. traffic noise at night. The room space turned out much smaller than was expected. Didn't like the tight bathroom. Room relative small. Super small closet like living. Room very small. Fire alarm ringing constantly!. The elevator is very noisy. To small for the room. -Noisy next to Hennessy Road. -Room is very small. Staff making noise. Room size and layout of entire accommodation. Brings a whole new meaning to "swing a cat"! Photos displayed by you/them do not match the rooms. Our"superior room" was a broom cupboard with a toilet. Lift system is an invention of a very strange person!.
