We spent four days in Hong Kong on our way home from Los Angeles. Ourroom was on the 28th floor and was a very good size (lounge/bedroom andbathroom). The facilities were very clean and there were generousamenities in the bathroom. We purchased an Octopus card at the airportand used the mtr, the frequency of the trains, cleanliness of thestations and helpful staff was wonderful. Clean and the room is junior suite so it is quite big for hong kong.

The hotel is at the side of main ring road, difficult to cross the street, have to use flyover which if difficult for senior travellers. But for general travellers, good location.room is a bit small. Maybe it was a cultural thing but at breakfast the staff seemed to bephased about guests arriving close to closing time (15 minutes before)and seemed in a hurry to clear up and get on to their next tasks inthe hotel. Had booked a double bed however this was not available when I arrived.hotel room is a bit small ( esp. the washroom) so we're forced to choose a suite to have a more comfortable space. Rooms are okay but small; for 1 or 2 days stay well be recommended.I had requested a smoking room but upon arriving found they only had non-smoking rooms left and was told I can smoke in the bathroom. They changed me to a smoking room the next day but the process took a while as they had to convert they room's two beds to one. It also clashed with my schedule. the gym was a bit of a let down, it was just 3 pieces of equipment and some handweights. Also a lack of a pool was a shame too.The room is small.
