Everything - and so friendly!. It's very close to the main train station and within easy walking distance of the restaurants along the river. The staff is friendly and easy going.Staff kindness, friendly environment, location in the heart of Cologne, wireless connection included in the package. the location was great,we walked from the train station to the hotel.the warm and personalised hospitality was most welcome,the hotel is well maintained, neat and clean and the breakfast spread was very good.
