The apartment was great. It was large, well situated near the Cathedral/Train Station. The Manager (Brigette) was great and even provided a map of the Christmas Markets with a suggested route. She really did a great job to ensure that we had a nice time. As a family with small children, we appreciated the space slept 5 comfortably and there was not the added surcharge for more than 2 adults.

I didn't notice on the booking that I needed to call about a half-hour before arriving for someone to be there (It wasn't a problem, but I was confused on what to do when I arrived as there is no one present so I asked at the hotel next door).A little bit far from the city centre and rail station. no dishwasher. a bit far from the koln hbf by walking if you take a big luggage. Still the district were it was situated was a very nice area with all amenities near and trransport was no problem at all. Uncomfortable bed [the main one, not the occasional blow-up one which was fine!].no, it worth the money spent. A few minor problems, but all were quickly sorted.This was a very quick booking. I did a map search on booking.com, looked for the location I wanted and booked it. Only to find out that the appartment was miles out of the city centre and the map location turned out to be the office address. It all greatly inconvenienced all my travel plans having to take a tram or walk at least 45 minutes into the centre. €65 was really overpriced for location. But the price is expensive, because they charge 25 euros per person more than 2. Compared with other apartments there, it's quite high.In your website, this hotel is near the central train station. However, it is far from the station and I spent 10 Euros to go there by taxi. I do think that the information is misleading in letsbookhotel.com. Please correct the information in your website. The appartment seemed very basic and in need of some modernisation mostly the bathroom and icould not see the point of the items left as you would find in most hotel rooms drinks and snd snacks although they had prices on them i was not sure how i was to pay for these items and as there was supermarket opposite i all seemed abit pointless . The location was not in the centre as was shown on the website. We had to walk 25 minutes to the centre. The appartment was very small and too expensive. Poor value for money. Also it was very difficult to find a parking space. Self-catering at hotel prices. There is a surcharge per person which makes it work out quite expensive. We were not happy with the service - the bin was not emptied nor did we get fresh towels or enough toilet paper for our stay. It claims to sleep 5 but actually there is one double bed, a sofa bed and a blow up mattress. Not great for the price. Very disappointing.
