  The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, they assisted in parking our car in the very small car park. The room although small was clean and the bathroom cleaner and of a higher standard than some bigger higher quality hotels. The breakfast had a good selection for a continental breakfast.   Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras ... what people say » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great. The concierge was extremely helpfulin helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestionsfor a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good.   The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could find any fault with is that the bathroom was small but even then it was a lovely bathroom so we didnt mind too much.Very good locati... what people say » on aswell.
