It was a wonderful trip! Hotel prevzashel all our expectations. At the reception were polite and tried to please us in every way. Deluxe room had everything you need laid out in detail, it feels like you are at home and you are incredibly comfortable. Was very warm and spacious. Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages. Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London. Room was arranged twice daily and a wide selection of newspapers delivered to . extremely comfortable and plush,with well considered amenities. The spa, pool, gym, sauna and steam room we thoroughly recommend! Bathroom design was excellent and luxurious, with a generous sized tub, separate shower and toilet, even television. Mood lighting and lighting controls accessible from all vantage points. Great bars and amenities in the foyer, the staff friendly and welcoming, we really enjoyed this hotel, and loved it's location, close to the Thames and Embankment with lovely walks. The hotel is simply magnificent and the bedrooms are amazing, not to mention the staff who can't do enough for you. In addition I was charged VAT which should have been included as per my booking. Food is not that good for a 5-star hotel. Nothing. Spa a little noisy. Very expensive. Nothing. The noise in the room #114. It was like a noise of aircondition engine, but permanent. The smell on the floors, like old carpet. the breakfast was poor. none i could not think of anything bad about the hotel 5 star service. 3 times the total amount for the stay was blocked from credit card. It was expensive but you get what you pay for.
