Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests. Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable. I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming. Beautician was friendly and shared great knowledge on the products and treatment given at the Spa. Strongly, recommend to save and indulged, in some me time. I've personally got to give Customer Service, 10 out.

Central location made business and shopping a breeze, using tube from Waterloo station (our side of bridge), or short walk to Westminster station. We were no more than 3 stops from all appointments. Price and value outstanding. All staff professional, courteous, and knowledgable re: transportation, pubs, shopping, etc. We were able to b. There were so many things to like: 1. Location. Literally walking distance from Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey and many more attractions. 2. Transportation was quite easy to come by. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Train station just a block away and all the major tours pass right in front the hotel. And if you're really lazy, the concierge can arrange all your travel needs if you go to their desk. 3. Meals. Comprehensive breakfast available every morning. Staff was very helpful and ac. Absolutely everything about this hotel was first class, from the moment we checked in. The room was more stylish than we could have imagined, the breakfast delicious and the location could not have been bettered. A concierge took our bags on arrival - having arrived early we thought we might not be able to check in but our room was ready. The staff were incredibly helpful - in fact on check-in, we were asked if it was a special occasion and we mentioned that we were celebrating both our birthda. The minute my partner and I stepped in the main entrance we wer greeted and luggage put away for us until we had checked-in. It was an Absolutle stunning hotel everywhere was immaculate and also staff were very friendly. The spread of food that was laid out in the mornings for breakfast was amazing by far the best I've ever seen and I've been to alot if hotels. There was such a variety too choose from. The location is very handy as it is near to "big Ben" and the London eye and wking distance . The hotel was beautiful. Incredible views of Big Ben and the houses of parliament. You can walk to a lot of sights-- London eye, Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace. The hotel is also located very close to several bus stops and a main tube stop. The rooms were modern with updated decor and fixtures. We stayed in a small suite (3 people) which had a queen bed and then a pull out in the living room. We were very comfortable. The hotel staff (save a couple of concierge people) was incredibly frien. Spacious superior room. Amazing large, comfy bed. Super posh bathroom & toiletries. Powerful shower. Separate lounge area. Well stocked mini bar & not too expensive. Large screen TV with good channel selection. Stunning view into atrium, particularly at night. Super plush foyer, again particularly at night. I had booked a superior accessible room and I was pleasantly surprised that as a wheelchair user I experienced the same luxurious standard of room that everyone else doe. The location is fabulous - directly overlooking Westminster bridge and the houses of Parliament. There are two tube stations about three minutes' walk away so it's very easy to get about central London on the tube and by foot. The facilities were very good, the décor and standard of the room were excellent but what made the difference was the little details. The fact that the receptionist acknowledged that the purpose of they stay was for my wife's 40th birthday, there was a birthday cake and card in the room on arrival and that on St Patrick's day there was a plate of cakes all touches that your staff were interested in us ad guests and it was these small but very significant details that make the difference and wha. Really fabulous! We were upgraded when we told the receptionist that it was our wedding anniversary. Also they had an offer on which made breakfast half price. Lovely breakfast , lots of choice and perfect service. We booked a table in the Primo Bar in the evening and enjoyed listening to a modern jazz group with singer whilst we sipped our drinks and enjoyed the food. Just perfect!. The location is excellent looking out on Big Ben & the Houses of Parliament. Its proximity to 2 tube stations covering most routes makes travel very easy. So many attractions and activities within a 10minute walk it is impossible to get to visit all of these within a weekend. The staff in all areas of the hotel were the most friendly and helpful I have come across. I would highly recommend it to any traveller. I went with a friend, we both took a short vacation from the work-children- work routine. The rooms were of a very high standard. Almost all of the staff were excellent, genuine and friendly greetings and very helpful when required. When I had initially booked the room i had not realised it was a room with no external views. We booked this for our 1st Anniversary. I gave them a call to see if they could do anything and they had. we got a room with a view to just see Big Ben and they left a lovely surprise of a cheescake with Happy Anniversary written. Very happy :). Loved the location. Room and bathroom kept spotless, had an interior room which was lovely and still got light in windows. Staff very helpful, and approachable. Lovely Italian style coffee bar on ground floor, where we got our breakfast each day and sat at a table overlooking Big Ben. My wife had a lovely massage at the spa, staff were very friendly which added to the experience. I'm tall and the back rest for the sofa is short so there was no support for my neck. Other than that, the stay was perfect. The only slight niggle was that at checking-out time, it was quite difficult to catch a lift to the lobby. We probably waited about 15 minutes in all. One day we came back to the hotel to take a nap. House keeping came by to clean the room and we said we didn't need the room cleaned because we just wanted to rest. The woman acted very confused-- and almost annoyed that we didn't want the room cleaned. That was a bit strange. Expensive breakfast upgrade, slightly unreliable wireless internet. The accessible room was supposed to have an automatic door that opened as soon as card was swiped- mine did not and this meant that I was unable to get out of the room unless my friend was with me. There was nothing we'd complain about at all. The weather.. ..... I didn't like how the cleaner just entered our room with the master key me and my boyfriend where both in the robes from having a shower and ran to the door to stop anyone coming in. She did apologise but it was a bit embarrassing her only question was to make sure the room had been cleaned and she then went on her way. Should have booked an Iconic View room...would have loved to be looking at Big Ben from our window. Only thing to be really picky about was the pillows were not that comfy. But I guess nowhere would be like your own bed. There is simply nothing to dislike!. that i had to come back home :(. It is a large hotel so be ready for some crowds... The music libary on the tv system wasnt the best. Limited choice on genres and artists. There was no Auxillary cable to connect to the our media devices directly to play music. Only problem was it took ages to check in with quite a long queue. However Danielle, the Italian clerk there was so apologetic and charming that we did not mind too much. Nothing to criticise really. The prices of the spa services were all too high making us forgo it. Could have been a little bit cleaner. Hair in the bathroom, dusty keyboard, no bin bag in the big bin under the sink. I didn't like that I had to let you authorise £50 on my card, just so I could use room service or the mini bar... Surely if someone is able to pay £150 for their room they will be able to pay for a £20 breakfast? Not sure who the receptionist was, but I didn't find her that friendly at check-in. All the other staff (in the breakfast area) were lovely. Reception on arrival was a bit disorganised ( it was hard to work out where to queue ), although we did arrive at a very busy time. One morning the chambermaid entered my room ( no big issue) but a strange time to schedule room cleaning, between 8 am and 9 am. nothingggggggg, what'S there not to like . Is this a trick question ???????????. No complaints. The pillows. Each bed had one boulder pillow and one extra soft pillow. Had to ask for another pillow, which turned out to be extra soft too. Had lots of fun trying different perambulations before finding a comfy combination to sleep on. Just a little thing but the waiting time at reception to check in was a bit long and there was no order to the queuing so was a little bit chaotic but it did not spoil my stay. having to leave!. Minor problems: The lady manning the cloakroom did not speak or understand English. We did not have slippers in our room, but members of our party in another room, did. The mini bar would not open. Food is a little bit pricey, especially the breakfast. The distance to walk to covent garden and soho. You need the tube otherwise it takes more than 25 mnts walk to the specific areas.The personal touch as this is a very big hotel. For instance i mentioned at the hotel in my email i exchanged with them that I had my birthday and did not receive even a card from the management. Usually the good hotels provide an upgrade or a bottle of wine or champaigm!. Nothing. Internal room could feel strange in summer, but in the winter months, it was fine. There is adjustable fan / a.c to adjust temperature within the room. Very little. Having made the reservations in December and arriving in feb for the well deserved break it was not helpful to find that no reservation could be found. The staff were very helpful and allocated us other rooms which were great. It was a good job that the reservations were done through booking.com otherwise we would not have had any rooms!. Nothng to fault. Nothing!. Provision of flannels in room somewhat erratic No complimentary biscuits to go with the tea and coffee in room A bit of a wait to check in, though assuaged by free orange juice and friendly reception staff.
